Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 15, 2026
Overview
Acelera Holdings, LLC ("Acelera Holdings," "we," "us," or "our") developed and operates the mobile game Pomby: Monster Sort (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you play the Game, how it's used, and the choices available to you. By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to the practices described here.
Pomby: Monster Sort does not require you to create an account, and we do not directly collect your name, email address, or other contact information through gameplay itself. Most data handled in connection with the Game is collected by third-party advertising technology used to support the free-to-play experience, as described below.
Information We Collect
Device & Advertising Data
The Game is supported by advertising rather than in-app purchases. To deliver and measure ads, we use AppLovin MAX, a mediation platform that may work with a number of third-party ad networks. Through AppLovin MAX and its mediated partners, the following types of information may be collected automatically:
- Device identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA/IDFV, where permitted)
- Device model, operating system, and app version
- General, approximate location derived from IP address
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, and engagement)
- Crash logs and basic diagnostic/performance data
We do not have direct access to, and do not independently collect, precise GPS location, contacts, photos, or any personal account information through the Game.
Data You Provide Directly
If you contact us for support (for example, by emailing us), we will receive whatever information you choose to include in that message, such as your email address and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to your request.
Advertising & Third-Party Services
Pomby: Monster Sort uses AppLovin MAX to serve in-game advertising. AppLovin and its mediated ad network partners may collect and process device and usage data as described above, under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review:
On iOS, the Game complies with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You will be asked whether to allow tracking the first time you play, and you can change this decision at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device.
Children's Privacy
Pomby: Monster Sort is designed to be enjoyed by a general audience and is not intentionally directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information directly (for example, through a support email), we will take steps to delete that information. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal information may contact us using the details below.
Your Choices & Rights
Ad Personalization
You can limit ad tracking and personalized advertising at any time through your device settings (App Tracking Transparency on iOS, or your device's general ad privacy settings).
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, deletion of, or to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined under California law. Because most data described in this policy is collected by third-party ad SDKs, we recommend also reviewing AppLovin's privacy policy and opt-out tools linked above. You can also contact us directly with any request.
EU/UK Residents (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. You can exercise these rights by contacting us using the details below.
Data Retention & Security
We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to address your request and comply with legal obligations. Data collected by third-party advertising SDKs is retained according to those providers' own policies. We take reasonable measures to protect information under our control, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Game, our practices, or legal requirements. We will update the "Effective date" above when changes are made. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
